Delivery Information

We currently deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates & nearby GCC Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia). The moment you complete your online purchase; your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided.

  • Inside UAE (Abu Dhabi only): Orders will be delivered to the address provided within the same day upon payment confirmation. This service is available every day if ordered before 2pm and except Friday.
  • Inside UAE (except Abu Dhabi): Orders will be delivered to the address provided within 2-3 working days upon payment confirmation.
  • Outside UAE (GCC Countries): Orders will be delivered to the address provided within 3-4 weeks upon payment confirmation.

Once processed, your order will be shipped from our store in Abu Dhabi to your destination, areas outside Abu Dhabi and some GCC countries delivery time will depend on the delivery provider.

Delivery/Shipping Process:

Delivery / Shipping procedure can be done in two(2) ways one could be with our own delivery personnel within UAE only and another method could be thru our official courier partner according to the schedule of delivery outside UAE. We regularly ship order on weekdays, but not on weekends and holidays. To avoid delay of your orders, kindly provide the full information of your account such as complete address, reachable contact numbers, and remarks of your schedule of availability on the delivery location. 

Cost of delivery

Free delivery over 500 Dhs and for Gold Members with no minimum purchase required.
For orders less than 500: 

  • Basic delivery: 25 AED 
  • Same day delivery/ next day delivery (Abu Dhabi only): 20 AED
  • Pickup locations: Free

Payment Methods

For online and app orders

  1. Cash on Delivery – in UAE Dirham only
  2. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal) and international credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
  3. Fund Transfer / Bank Transfer.

Tracking your order:

We email your tracking order status and you can also track your order using the tracking code sent to you by logging into your account into website or thru our apps.
In case you did not receive a tracking email, please check your junk or spam folders and mark [email protected] email address as a safe sender.

Can I decide on the delivery time slot?
You can choose a convenient delivery time with our delivery partner once you are contacted.

What if my order did not arrive?
If your order was not delivered within the time agreed with the delivery partner, kindly email us on [email protected] or contact us on (971)2 491 3255 and we will sort it out for you.

Where are orders delivered?
Orders are delivered to your home or business address and no orders are delivered to a PO Box as someone has to be present to receive the order.

What documents are required to receive my order?
You can present confirmation email or a valid ID when picking up your order. A signature is required. 

How long can you keep my order for pickup?
Your order will be available for pickup at the timeslot agreed and will be kept at the store for 2 days. In case you missed the pickup time, kindly email us on [email protected] or contact us on (971) 2 491 3255 to rebook a pickup timeslot.

Will I be charged for missing a deliver?
If you miss the scheduled delivery has no specific charge but you have to wait for a call for the next day schedule or you may collect on the warehouse location in your specific place.
